ReHire

Provides opportunities for individuals to re-enter the workforce through volunteer and subsidized employment. Participants work with an employment specialist to build their resume, prepare got interviews, job search and receive coaching. The programs include:

  • ReHire Program

  • Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program (CW STEP)

  • Charities Works

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, be lawfully present, and be unemployed or underemployed (20 hours or less per week.​

Catholic Charities provides:​

  • Job coaching - goal setting, career assessments, links to local employers, referrals to other agencies

  • Funding for certifications and licenses

  • Transitional employment at minimum wage for up to 3 months

  • A pathway to permanent employment

  • Supportive services to overcome your barriers to work (e.g. work clothes, tools)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Lawfully present and eligible to work in the United States

  • Colorado residents

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Not incarcerated or otherwise incapacitated for work

  • Family income below 150% of the federal poverty level

  • Unemployed or employed for no more than 20 hours per week, for at least four consecutive weeks

  • Demonstration of active job search through the public workforce system

  2. Social Security Card

  3. Resume

  4. Work History (last 3 jobs)
