Opportunity Building
ReHire
Provides opportunities for individuals to re-enter the workforce through volunteer and subsidized employment. Participants work with an employment specialist to build their resume, prepare got interviews, job search and receive coaching. The programs include:

ReHire Program

Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program (CW STEP)

Charities Works
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, be lawfully present, and be unemployed or underemployed (20 hours or less per week.​
Catholic Charities provides:​

Job coaching - goal setting, career assessments, links to local employers, referrals to other agencies

Funding for certifications and licenses
-
Transitional employment at minimum wage for up to 3 months
-
A pathway to permanent employment

Supportive services to overcome your barriers to work (e.g. work clothes, tools)
Eligibility Requirements

Lawfully present and eligible to work in the United States
-
Colorado residents
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Not incarcerated or otherwise incapacitated for work

Family income below 150% of the federal poverty level

Unemployed or employed for no more than 20 hours per week, for at least four consecutive weeks

Demonstration of active job search through the public workforce system
